Set the inside size

Dimension type

Enter the clear inside size you need. Outside size is calculated automatically.

Body outside size: 123.2 × 90.6 × 66.6 mm

Type any value directly. Slider ranges expand to match it.

Hooks use a plain L profile directly from the back. A 2.4 mm inner radius, wide root, and lowest-row hooks distribute load.

Walls & bottom

1.6 mm: suitable for ordinary small-item storage

0 mm keeps a level opening. Keeps the back height and slopes down toward the front. Dimensions refer to the box before removing walls.Removes the floor. Useful for surrounding an item on a desk or routing cables underneath.

Hooks

Mounting hooks
Places the maximum number across the top and, when height allows, the same number on a lower row.
Hook position
Hooks grow directly from the back and do not rise above the box. Requires 22 mm height.

4.0 mm is the PLA default. The whole back supports the hooks without bulging into the box or board side; inside size stays unchanged.

Lower support
Adds L-hooks on the lowest compatible row to resist wobble and lift-out.

For a 5 mm slot, hook width is 3.7 mm (1.3 mm total side clearance). It clears 5.3 mm of board and engages 6.4 mm behind it.

Depth is applied uniformly to the vertical leg of the L. A deeper hook resists lift-out but needs more clearance behind the board. The default is 6.4 mm.

Current fit: slot 0.7 / board 0.3. Fine-tune the numeric fields above.

Measured reference: slots about 5 × 15 mm, board about 5 mm, vertical pitch 40 mm. Locking hooks are placed on the top and lowest compatible rows.

Material
Default material. Easy to size accurately, but avoid heat and long-term heavy loads.

PLA uses no global scale correction. Default hook width is 3.7 mm with a 4.8 mm section. Confirm final fit with the gauge.

5 perimeters, 0.2 mm layers. Enable support beneath the hooks.

Shape

Optional weight reduction. The 45° diamond openings are intended to print without wall supports; the back, bottom, dividers, and hooks remain solid. Material use drops, but print time may not decrease with every slicer setup.
